Cynthia Vega is a dedicated and passionate early childhood education professional with over thirteen years of experience in the field. Originally from Miami, Florida, Cynthia relocated to Naples in 2005 with her spouse and three children. From a young age, she felt a calling to teach and has since committed her life to shaping the early learning experiences of young children.

As the Lead Director for the southern locations of FORZA Child Development Centers, Cynthia oversees the programs at Gulf Coast Charter and Oak Creek Charter. Her role is both professionally rewarding and deeply personal, providing her with the opportunity to nurture the growth, development, and success of young learners. She believes that every child is unique and valuable, and she approaches her work with a heartfelt passion that brings joy and fulfillment.

Outside of her professional life, Cynthia cherishes spending quality time with her wonderful husband and children, especially when exploring new destinations or immersing themselves in the magic of Disney. Whether it's creating lifelong memories on family vacations or simply enjoying the journey together, she finds joy in every shared adventure.
