Carey Gilcher
Principal
Carey Gilcher is a dedicated and innovative principal joining the FORZA family with two years of experience as a charter school principal and seven years overall as a school administrator.
Ms. Gilcher has a proven track record of fostering a school climate around academic excellence and a strong sense of community and creating a supportive and inclusive environment for students, staff, and families.
She holds a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership from American College of Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Communication from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY where she was born and raised.
Ms. Gilcher is passionate about recognizing the uniqueness of every child and strengthening instructional practice using evidence-based practices, as well as providing all students with an outstanding education and overall school experience.
In her spare time, Ms. Gilcher enjoys art, hiking, and animal rescue. She is a proud and dedicated aunt who relishes time with her nieces and nephews, an avid New York Yankees fan, and a budding Spanish speaker.
Ria Ramdath
Assistant Principal
Ria Ramdath is a dedicated educator and transformational school leader with over 20 years of experience in public education. She began her career in 2004 as a science teacher in Miami-Dade County Public Schools, where her talent for instruction and leadership led her to roles as an instructional coach and later a district curriculum specialist. In that role, she supported curriculum and instruction at 12 of the lowest-performing middle schools in the county, helping drive meaningful academic improvement in high-need communities.

Her leadership journey continued with six years as a high school assistant principal in both Duval County and Osceola County, where she focused on elevating school culture, student outcomes, and teacher development.
Most recently, she has served as a charter school principal in Osceola County, where she continues to lead with vision, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to equity and excellence in education.
